 I was absent 02/27/24

 Today in class we did an assignment about the poems we read this week. We had to find textual evidence to support the claim and theme. Today was a good day but I am a little nervous about what grade I got in my math test. The weather was really nice today I went on a mile walk with my dog which I enjoyed.

 Today in class we read a poem oh Langston Houston. The poem was about the son going to his mom for some advice. His mom hasn’t had an easy life but she never gave up she keep going and that what she wants him to keep doing. My day was pretty good I’m not feeling the best right now but it was still good.

 Today in class we analyzed the poem names dream deferred. My dream is to become a general surgeon and open a clinic in Mexico to help out my community. I want to help people who might be in poverty and might not have transportation to go to the hospital. My day was not the best because I wasn’t feeling to good and my throat is sore so I’m not feeling to good.

 Today in class we read a poem from Langston Houston. We analyzed two different poems from him. Today I had a pretty good day. I was a little sad because one of my teachers left lakeside. I went to a lakeside soccer game I had fun with my friends.

  Today in class we worked on this assignment we went over a poem from Langston Houston. I really enjoyed it because it’s saying that we are all the same and no one is better than anyone else. I had a pretty good day but school was really tiring today.

 Today I class we read chapter 8 of the great gatsby. We did an assignment on chapter 8 on common lit. My dad was pretty good because I brought some tamales for lunch and I really like them. One thing I did not enjoy was walking to the bus stop in the rain and I got wet but I had a pretty good day.

 Today in class we did a bell ringer on black history month. We were suppose to resent our projects but I wasn’t able to get to mine. We worked on an assignment about what music describes us. Also what they will be in our trash can. You can probably find paint brushes, coca cola, and skin care. My dad was good and class was really funny.

 Today in class we read some of chapter 7. We had a worksheet on it Tom is getting suspicious about daisy and gatsby because of how they look at each other. I think he knows that they have something going on and he’s not very happy. Overall my day was good and it felt pretty warm which was good.

 Today in class we worked on our mini project. I am doing the trash can on daisy. I have three ideas clothes pearl necklaces and a letter. Today was a great day the weather was nice and I had enjoyed school today.

 Today in class we took an assessment. We also started on a mini project. I am doing the trash can of daisy I have to think about ideas she would throw away. Today was a good day and the weather was really nice today.

 Today in class we read chapter 6. We also worked on an assignment for that chapter. Daisy and Tom went to a party gatsby had thrown and daisy and gatsby danced to together. Today was a pretty good day and I went to granny corner which I really enjoyed.
